Bernitt Realty opened in 1996 after working for several years with a national franchise after finding they did not allow the flexibility to serve individuals the way we desired. Each transaction is different and needs to be facilitated on an individual basis. Availability to us, at most anytime is a high priority for us. Clients should not have to wait for days and leave numerous messages to talk to their agent.
Bernitt Realty serves the residential, investment and the commercial real estate needs of Monroe County and most of central Indiana. Our specialty has been focused on retail commercial development and Lake Monroe properties. However, we enjoy, and are experienced in, most all facets of the real estate business.
